There are several people here (including myself) that have NDS and can loadup the file and see EXACTLY what you're seeing and checkout the graph.
third,... your wideband doesn't jump around like that because it's not a narrowband.
Factory O2's should bounce between ~30 and 80 during the 2k rpm range.
Lean (30) to rich (80) is something that is supposed to happen ~1x/second. The gauges display millivolts (microvolts actually) so 30 should be 3 millivolts, and of course 80, 8 millivolts. Sit parked, take it up and hold it @ 2k rpms.
Both gauges should bounce between ~30 and ~80 ~1x/second.
